This evening marked a special milestone as our senior men's team took to the field for the first time in our brand new jerseys, proudly sponsored by local businessman Marty Mallon and Pure Engineering.

To make the occasion even more memorable, the lads put in a tremendous performance and came away with a brilliant win in their first game wearing the new jerseys. As Cathaoirleach, I can't put into words the pride I felt watching our boys line out this evening. Seeing them wearing the Pure Engineering jerseys with such pride and passion was a special moment, and one I'll remember for a long time. Ní neart go cur le chéile – there is no strength without unity – and that spirit was there for all to see tonight. A sincere thank you to referee Paul Boylan for officiating tonight's game, and to our opponents, Sean Treacys Lurgan, for a sporting and competitive contest.
